Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 29, 2026

Twin Vector Labs (“TVL,” “we,” “us”) provides infrastructure and tools for working with alternative data. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you sign in to a Twin Vector Labs product, how we use it, and what choices you have.

At a glance

  • We sign you in with Google. The only personal information we ask Google for is what we need to identify your account — your name, email address, and profile image.
  • We only collect what we need to run your account: the Google identity above, your organization and billing details, and the data you provide while configuring or using our services.
  • We do not sell your data, and we never send marketing emails. The only emails you receive from us are transactional.
  • We share data with one third party — Google Analytics, for aggregate site-usage measurement — and otherwise only as required by applicable law.

Information we collect

Google account information

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. We use these to create and identify your TVL account. We do not ask Google for access to any other part of your Google account.

Organization and billing information

If you create or join an organization on TVL, we store the organization name, your role within it, and a billing email address. If you pay for a service, our payment processor handles your payment details on our behalf — we do not store payment card numbers ourselves.

Service configuration and usage

We store the configuration you provide (for example, API keys you generate, settings on your account, and content you submit to our services) and basic usage records needed to operate, support, and bill for the service.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in. We also use Google Analytics to collect aggregate, pseudonymous information about how visitors use our site (pages viewed, approximate location, device class). Google Analytics is governed by Google’s own privacy policy.

We do not collect personal information for any purpose other than the operations above, and we do not buy personal data from third parties to enrich our records.

Your cookie consent

We ask for your consent before loading any non-essential cookies. On your first visit you’ll see a banner with three choices: Accept all (allow analytics), Reject non-essential (block analytics, keep only the session cookie), and Customize (toggle each bucket individually). Until you make a choice, we treat your visit as if you’d rejected the non-essential buckets — no Analytics is loaded.

You can change your mind at any time from the Cookie settings link in the page footer. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie scoped to .twinvectorlabs.com, so a preference set on one TVL site (for example, www.) carries over to every other TVL site you visit. Choices are remembered for thirteen months, after which we ask again.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Authenticate you and maintain your session.
  • Create, configure, and operate your TVL account and any organization you belong to.
  • Provide the services you request, including responding to your support inquiries.
  • Bill you for paid services, and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Operate, secure, and improve our infrastructure, including aggregate analytics on how our site is used.
  • Comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests.

We do not use your information to send you marketing emails. The only emails you receive from us are transactional — account, billing, security, or service-availability notifications about your own account.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We share information only in these cases:

  • Google Analytics. Aggregate, pseudonymous site-usage data is shared with Google for analytics, as described above.
  • Service providers acting on our behalf. Where strictly necessary to operate the service (for example, our payment processor for billing, or our hosting and transactional-email providers), service providers process limited data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal compliance and safety. We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of TVL, our users, or others.
  • Successors in interest. If TVL is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will give you notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Data retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle billing, audits, dispute resolution, and our legal obligations. You can ask us to close your account at any time using the contact details below.

Your choices and rights

  • Access, correction, deletion. You can review and update most of your account information from your TVL account settings. To request access, correction, or deletion of other personal information we hold about you, contact us at privacy@twinvectorlabs.com.
  • Sign out. You can sign out of TVL from any page; doing so ends your session and clears your session cookie.
  • Google permissions. You can revoke TVL’s access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account settings.
  • Analytics opt-out. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites by installing Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data-protection law (for example, the GDPR or the CCPA). Contact us using the details below and we will respond consistently with those rights.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We protect your information using administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.

International data transfers

Our infrastructure is operated from the United States. If you access TVL from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States and in any other country where we or our service providers operate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through a prominent notice on the site or by email to the address on your account.
